We are an affiliate of highly experienced facilitators, trainers, coaches, psychologists, consultants and educators based in Australia and New Zealand who use the Lewis Deep Democracy (LDD) method. We are passionate about giving people a voice, leaning in to tension, daring to resolve conflict and facilitating change and transformation in challenging times. We are trained in a powerful, cutting edge method, LDD, that has shifted the way we approach what we do. It is adaptable to a wide range of life situations and particularly helpful for facilitating or leading groups. Exposure to LDD will empower you to include all points of view and become adept at recognising and resolving the underlying tension or conflict that is caused by diversity in a safe and supported way. It ensures that all the voices within a group are heard, and in this way the true potential of a group is accessed and utilised.
