He became a partner in an NHS general practice before setting up a referral practice for Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry.His initial implant training was with Cemal Ucer and has since travelled worldwide to further his skills. Most notable dentists he has gained his training from are Dennis Tarnow, Maurice Salama, Michael Pikos, Tidu Mankoo and many more. He actually became an associate in 2009 in his referral practice to focus exclusively on Implant Dentistry. Liam has since become one of a selected few to be awarded the highly acclaimed Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.Having places in excess of 3,000 implants his main focus now is providing Implant dentistry as part of routine care to general dentists, training terminal dentitions with fixed, implant restorations and routinely providing patients with implant restorations using CT guided surgery with and without immediate loading of implants.He has worked with over 40 dentists over 8 years of accepting implant referrals and now is based 3 days a week in Buckle ADC, Wirral, and travels to several other practices on a monthly basis. Most dentists Liam works with are general dentists who restore the implants he has placed on their own patients. With running his very own customised "Synergy Training Programme" he has created an avenue for general dentists with little or no implant experience to firstly attract implants to their practices, plan cases and then restore their own case in a predictable manner.
