Living Heart+Mind is the world's first provider of Online Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT). Developed at Emory University, CBCT has been shown to enhance overall wellbeing and provides the tools to promote prosocial behavior.Developed at Emory University in 2004 by Geshe Lobsang Tenzin Negi, PhD CBCT, backed by neuroscience, is based on ancient teachings and practices from the Indo-Tibetan tradition.
