It was able to leverage its extensive network of local partners, its deep understanding of the local markets, and its ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions. Additionally, Talentology was able to provide access to services such as logistics and customer service support. T. also provided services such as recruitment, training, and support for the implementation of policies and procedures. Additionally, Talentology offered consulting services to help organizations develop strategies for managing their workforce in a global context.Wayyana (as the B2C product of Talentology) was a health tourism platform that aimed to facilitate health tourism across the Middle East and North Africa region. It provided a comprehensive suite of services, including medical consultations, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Wayyana was unable to continue its operations and had to close down.T. was able to establish three headquarters in Doha, Istanbul and Tehran in order to provide a comprehensive network of local partners to run operational services. This allowed the company to have a presence in multiple countries, giving it access to a larger customer base.Due to the Covid pandemic, Talentology pivoted to a solely HR service company for a while. However, due to a separation in the management team, it had to halt its services.
