MJM401k's corporate headquarters was located in Phoenix, Arizona, and a branch office was located in Culver City, California.MJM401k's sole business was providing consulting services to its 401(k) plan clients. These clients represented all major industry sectors, with plans ranging in size from several hundred to over 10,000 participants. The services that we provided to our clients included ongoing investment advisory, fee benchmarking and provider negotiations, plan governance support and policy statements, RFP and provider searches, plan design, plan benchmarking, employee communications, vendor management, audit support, compliance assistance, and participant education strategy.
