We believe there is dignity in working.Good jobs allow families to plan for the future and make their own dignified decisions about housing, food, education, and healthcare. Jobs lay a foundation for generational change.We were nurtured through the Alliance for Action for Lower Wage Workers in 2021 which brings together the Government, Trade Unions, Employers and Change-makers in Singapore.A ground up movement where the community journeys together towards better livelihoods. Hosts buy a meal for Friends, showing love and hope. At the same time micro learning often happens and intentional steps towards better employability are taken.
