I am a skilled lawyer (eight years of experience) member of the Bucharest (since 2009) and Paris Bar Association (since September 2016). I was part of two of Romania's top litigation teams. I acted for numerous financial institutions like The Royal Bank of Scotland, Unicredit Bank and Credit Europe Bank. In France, I was a member of the banking and financial department of a boutique law firm where I was involved in an important transaction regarding a European financial institution. My missions included: reviewing the documentation presented by the parties, with respect to the French legislation, issuing legal opinions under French law regarding the authorizations demanded in order for the operation to take place.
