Bio – Mark Volak Married to the same woman for 35 years, father of 3, with 2 grandchildren, Mark is a 40-year veteran of the Real Estate / Home Building industry. During this time, Mark has Owned and operated several companies as well as being charged with leading the sales and marketing team for one of the nation's largest home builders. In addition to holding titles such as Vice President / General Manager, V.P. of Sales and Marketing, President / CEO, he also served as Associate Publisher for an industry Trade Journal., and is a past board of director's member serving as treasurer for a local HBA. During his industry tenure, he has personally been involved with thousands of transactions., built Log, Post & Beam, and custom site built Homes in addition to more traditional plans in production settings. Having had experience in virtually every aspect of a Real Estate / Home Building Operation from purchasing and production, to Architectural plan development, to Sales and Marketing has given him a unique perspective on the business of marketing homes for successful sales, as well as building and selling new construction. Growing up in a retail family Mark has been working in sales and serving the public since he was old enough to stand on a milk crate to crank the handle on the cash register. Being surrounded by an entrepreneurial spirit it's easy to understand where his drive and competitive mindset come from. This broad range of experience and responsibilities has provided incredible insight into the inner workings of a successful Real Estate Operation and what makes it tick.
