Welcome to Mind Body Healing Hub. I'm Princess R Lakshman, a degree-qualified clinical nutritionist, writer, speaker, life coach, counsellor, and narrative therapist.I am a facilitator and wellness coach in clinical nutrition and mental health. I have extensive experience as a community health program designer and manager, workshop facilitator, life coach, features writer, keynote speaker, counsellor, and facilitator of energy healing .I coach individuals, community groups, high school students, and community health and social workers. I speak English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Fiji-Hindi. I have collaborated with QLD Police Service, Islamic Women Association of Australia, Sisters Support Services, Griffith University, and many NGOs to facilitate mental health and wellness programs for clients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) communities.In my facilitation and consulting role, I work with clients to identify their nutritional and mental health needs and assist them to develop and implement strategies to achieve holistic health goals for optimum body, mind, and spirit wellness. I am passionate about service to others to facilitate self-empowerment and self-care.
