The HR advisor role provides a comprehensive and professional HR service to customer departments. The Operations HR team cover 6 sites and a headcount of circa 650 employees. Essential to the role is the delivery of best practice processes across a broad range of areas including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, absence management, discipline & grievance and change management projects. Fundamental to this role is the facilitation of best practice people management through coaching and working in partnership with line managers and employee reps as required.
