Three long-standing Law Firms in Milan are joining forces to strengthen the judicial and extrajudicial consultancy offered on matters becoming increasingly important in the modern business economy.The partners of the Mondini Rusconi, Bonora e Associati and Rapisardi e Ginevra law firms have signed an agreement resulting in the establishment of Mondini Bonora Ginevra, a firm with more than 40 lawyers, making it one of the biggest in Italy in the industrial law, banking and financial law and enterprise law sectors.This has led to a new IP Team consisting of more than fifteen professionals from Mondini Rusconi and Rapisardi e Ginevra, thanks also to the synergies between the two firms, aiming to become one of the reference points in Italy in the field of intellectual property, which is of key importance for an economy increasingly based on technological innovation and digitalisation. The Corporate & Banking Team of Bonora e Associati will join the Corporate & Litigation Team of Mondini Rusconi to extend the range of consultancy services on offer. The new Corporate & Banking department of the new Firm has more than fifteen team members and will focus on consolidating mid-size company clients in Italy and abroad, as well as expanding its horizons through collaborations with foreign law firms and consulting companies.The Food, Health & Nutrition Team, coordinated by Attorney Giorgio Rusconi, and the Energy & Utilities Team, coordinated by Attorney Luigi Giuri, will continue to consolidate their niche activities within a more modern and organised structure, capable of facing and winning the challenges of an increasingly competitive market.Finally expertise in the fields of labour law, compliance and privacy will complete the scope of the assistance offered to clients.In all areas we offer out-of-court advice and assist in litigation and arbitration.
