The 'New' in New World is a bit of a misnomer, as wine has been made in some New World wine regions for hundreds of years! But it's a useful way to differentiate between the different wine growing areas in the world and the styles of wine that they produce.What attracted me to New World wine is just how beautiful, approachable and wallet-friendly they can be. New World wine has a lot to shout about, and I started Oh Grape to help other thirsty wine drinkers discover the tastiest that is on offer.Oh Grape's starting line up includes wines from Argentina, Chile, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and the USA, but in the future I hope to bring you new and exciting wines from other New World countries that are off the average UK wine drinker's radar, such as Canada, Ecuador and Brazil.I'm excited about the wine adventures ahead, and I hope you can join me.Cheers 🍷- Tommy (Founder)
