We source candidates from the UK, across the EMEA and Hong Kong, based on clients' specifications or an output of our collaboration with a client, to better understand what type of candidates can make a difference in an organisation.We work with clients to help them analyse and understand their demographics and culture and to recognise what changes could help to make their environment more Diverse and Inclusive. Our tailored approach allows us to design and implement special projects which will help to ignite change.
