Organic Sea Harvest is the first new, independently owned and operated salmon producer in Scotland for many decades, uniquely going against the trend by solely focusing on raising organic salmon.Established in 2017, with the vision of filling a gap in the organic salmon market, the Organic Sea Harvest journey started in the small community of Staffin on the Isle of Skye. The remote island waters offer the perfect conditions for raising organic salmon - farmed in the wild.
