The Orlando Police Foundation was formed as a charitable organization to support the important work of the Orlando Police Department through the donation of funds, services, and goods. The Foundation supports programs, initiatives, and projects that are strategically focused to complement the Department's policing strategies and to ensure the highest level of policeservice to the community. In addition, the Foundation will help assist officers in need or their families should they be injured, suffer an illness, or killed in the line of duty. We are entirely dependent on the support of private donations, and 100% of our donations go to Foundation projects. With the help and generosity of the residents and business community in the Central Florida area, the Foundation will be able to assist the Orlando Police Department in these goals.
