Established in 1992, PHTM (Private Hire and Taxi Monthly) is the largest trade publication in the UK for the private hire and taxi industry.PHTM NEWSPAPER DISTRIBUTION: A free copy is mailed to the proprietor of every taxi, private hire and chauffeur company in the UK as well as a number of driver /owner driver subscription copies; and shrink wrapped bundled copies are sent by courier nationwide to council taxi licensing offices, MOT stations, trade association and garages where drivers pick them up. Furthermore, more than one person reads each copy as the paper tends to get passed around amongst drivers (circa 300,000 taxi drivers in the UK) and is also available to read online on our website http://www.phtm.co.uk – along with the back issues.
