Thus, PICDO will significantly reduce the burdens on already overwhelmed cybercrime law enforcement agencies globally.DEFENDING HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS SECURED BY LAW:PICDO will effect the release of existing human trafficking victims, and reduce the demand for new kidnappings by tens of thousands, by relentlessly and systematically disrupting the information and digital infrastructure needed to make boiler-room slave business models profitable, as currently established and maintained by cybercrime syndicates in several lawless jurisdictions.
