Welcome! At Paint & Poetic Prose, we provide both virtual and in-person sessions including: corporate wellness sessions, fundraisers, private parties and public passion sessions. These are not "paint and sips," but experiences that are created with love and wellness in mind. We are a black woman-owned, Washington, DC & Los Angeles-based operation founded by two artists, working together to bring moments of relaxation to your life through what we know best: visual art and poetry. We started right before the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 with virtual paint and poetry spoken word sessions to share and commune in the art that brings us each back to center. They have proven to be incredibly therapeutic and inspiring for our attendees. They help build morale and break down barriers.
