We scan and track package movement at 25 steps and have a ‘near-to' paperless supply chain. We are the first company in the country to have 100% of field force using apps and updating status in real time. Also our central software ‘Wings' is capable to handle Inventory System, Fulfillment System, Customer Interaction System, HR System and Product & Billing System. Altogether, this is more than an ERP. And now we are working on building "Advanced Route Planning Capability" for last mile efficiency, using the massive location data we are collecting every-day.Throughout our ‘so far' journey, we have been bold enough to innovate while managing massive growth.
