Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI), formerly known as Perpetual Help Credit Cooperative, Inc. was organized on April 14, 1971 by thirty three (33) pioneer members with a starting share capital of PHP586.00, and was later registered with Cooperative Administrative Office on February 18, 1972 under Republic Act No. 2023. On May 19, 1975, it was re-registered as a full-fledged cooperative with the Bureau of Cooperative Development under Presidential Decree No. 175 and Letter of Implementation No. 23.Today, PHCCI is an open type multi-purpose cooperative operating in Region 7 and 18, Visayas, Philippines, serving more than 50,000 members with almost Php2 Billion in assets, six branches and five satellite offices run by more than 100 employees.
