Philoptic is a nonprofit organization that aims to contribute towards the prevention, and alleviation of blindness and visual impairment in Haiti. We serve a broad range of the most vulnerable people in the Haitian society who do not have access to healthcare and to free eye care services in particular. We focus on disabled people, children, older people, and every individual who need assistance the most. We want to create change and make a change in people's lives because we believe helping people to see clearly or to regain their sight through the lens is to able them to become more confident and to be aware of what is happening all around them.
