Mrs. Alcivar is currently President and CEO of both entities. The US subsidiary was incorporated in May 2015 and has its offices in Aventura, Florida. In 2016 the company bought and opened new offices in the financial area of the city of Quito, Ecuador. The new facilities, besides its administrative area, are equipped with the finest technology and the best tools in the industry.
