This resulted in a successful business proposal to develop the EQ skills of educators, unlocking their potential to respond appropriately to the multifarious stimuli in their work environment. For a more than a decade (1999-2010) the predecessor of PDC, Anthony Consulting (AC), relentlessly applied itself to the design, development and delivery of professional business soft skills solutions in the corporate and public sectors in South Africa. In 2011 PDC was established as part of a restructuring initiative to position itself more competitively in the market. PDC has since formed strategic alliances with local and international companies to support its passion for delivering customised eLearning business solutions.
