I am excited to share my new book Purpose Mindset: How Microsoft Inspires its Employees and Alumni to Change the World. I explore in the book how we can all move from the ‘growth mindset' and cultivate our ‘purpose mindset' and in doing so extend the common good. The book explores Microsoft journey in launching its employee giving program and how that has inspired thousands of Microsoft employees and alumni to change the world.
