Our passion is to help people reach their individual health goals, whether it is to lose weight, just get fitter, prepare for a sporting event, recover from an injury, etc. Everyone has different goals and no two people want exactly the same thing. We strive to offer a "personal" service with constant contact and keeping in touch with each and every one of our clients to make sure they are receiving the most from their structured exercise and nutritional programs with our motivational support.Our perspective on good nutrition is not the "traditional" approach. The current food guide model which is recommended by the government in my own experiences and research I have found to be flawed, and that along with overly processed foods is really what is making people overweight and sick in the 21st century. The philosophy of my nutrition plan is to support good health, tissue repair and the longevity of life, with a great deal of emphasis on reducing inflammation in the body.Having good health is the most important thing because you can't enjoy life without it!Richard and Karen
