The recruitment of extremely well qualified technicians who we knew would be capable of providing and delivering very high-quality services. This also had the added benefit that with our ‘concierge' type management, with a day-to-day interaction with clients tending to their every need, would offer much more than our competitors, who basically sell an Annual Maintenance Contract package via their sales department, and you never hear from them again. The concierge and the technicians were capable of not only carrying out the day-to-day maintenance but also to offer any variable works or upgrades to owners to enhance their homes.
