The Rancho Santa Margarita Landscape and Recreation Corporation (SAMLARC) is the largest master homeowners association within the city of Rancho Santa Margarita.The specific and primary purpose of SAMLARC is to provide community services and facilities for the benefit of homeowners within the community and preserve the value, desirability, and attractiveness of all properties within SAMLARC.
