Sarisand Healthcare Consultancy Limited was conceptualized in 2013; and this idea was borne out of the desire to bridge the seeming gap between the Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and their clients as well as that between the Hospitals and the HMOs. We found out that over the years there has been a barrage of complains by clients about the services received from their HMOs and as a result many companies resort to changing their HMOs every year in an attempt to secure the quality services they desire. The hospitals on the other hand also have their reservations about their partnership with the HMOs. Sarisand Healthcare was therefore established as an organization whose functions will create a better understanding between the HMOs, the Hospitals and the clients in order for the health insurance industry to be sustained.
