It still holds prime properties in this neighborhood for speculation and development.In the hospitality sector, it has successfully developed a number of tastefully furnished three star hotels within the business segment of the Lagos State, Nigeria. To this end, it has also launched budget hotels in Lagos, Nigeria; which is to serve as prototype for West Africa.
