One of the most rewarding experiences of growing up with business driven parents was the opportunity to witness first hand, the power of productive working relationships. As my mentor writes, "We study psychic structures, their economy and dynamics. The most important productive power, the productive power called working power, is dependent upon man's psychic structure." What really drives humanity? What element of society grows goodness inpeople? I believe that we find greatness in our ability to participate with our community.
