Schnabel Studios was started in 2015 by Chris Schnabel and is the company behind the online series 'Off Stage'. Schnabel Productions has experience in music videos, films, documentary and more. Check our website for more! Off Stage is a documentary series about entertainers and has grown every year since it started in 2015. Chris was fresh out of college and came up with the idea of doing short, behind-the-scenes clips and films about musicians the day of a show giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at fans favorite bands. After trying to find the perfect band and failing, he decided to change it up. He thought there are plenty of behind-the-scenes about bands that have already made it and have been signed, but not many about artists trying to make it in the music industry. That's when Off Stage was officially born. The first episode was filmed October 17th, 2015 and was premiered June 4th, 2016. Since then, seven more Off Stage's have been filmed, three are in filming and five in the works of being set up for filming. Since the first filming in 2015, Chris has teamed up with his production partner since college, Brandon Gil, and they have been working on the project ever since. Off Stage features artists from around the country including New York, Boston, Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Philadelphia, Nashville, Atlanta and more to come. Off Stage also has been featured in different film festivals including the NHDocs festival, Hollywood Screenings, Caribbean film festival and market to name a few. We also have different outlets from Off Stage including Off Stage Interviews which are interviews with celebrities to talk about there journey to fame, Off Stage Podcasts that give you a commentary to the episodes, Blog posts from staff and talent, soundtracks to listen to the music from Off Stage and we're looking to add more! We do all of this for the fans and the people in the films.
