Seth Coffing is an experienced coach with a proven track record built over 19 years of coaching at all levels, and 17 years teaching K-12. Among his basketball accomplishments are a #1 ranking in the country for NJCAA DII, 2011 BCAM and Bank Hoops Coach of the Year, and 2012 Conference Coach of the Year. He has recruited numerous student-athletes and helped them go on to earn degrees and successful professional careers.Seth Coffing was also a Varsity Baseball Coach for five years with two District Championships and a Regional Championship earning Division and Regional Coach of the Year. He also volunteers as a Manager of Frederick Flying Dogs, a men’s adult baseball team. Seth also has experience in sports radio announcing football, basketball and baseball/softball as well as hosting a radio coach's show. He knows how to connect with people of different ages, backgrounds, and personalities, and help them bring their A-game to every contest.In addition to his well-rounded sports career, Mr. Coffing also possesses a Teaching Certificate in K-12 Physical Education, 6-12 Social Studies, an Administrator Certificate, and a Personal Fitness Certification. Coach Coffing’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science and History (with an emphasis on teaching), and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Other than being a passionate and competitive athlete and coach, Seth Coffing is also family-oriented and enjoys spending weekends with his family.
