Shopinvest is a Belgian investment company, founded in 2006. Our roots, however, go further back in time. It was in 1978 that the Kaesteker family opened the first e5 mode store in East Flanders. It was then that we marked the beginning of a successful story. Our company continued to grow and to this day, remains a family holding – which is reflected in our core values: We hold entrepreneurship dear and find it imperative to aim for valuable partnerships so that we can build a future through effective cooperation. As an investment company, we seek to support entrepreneurs via minority interests and form alliances as equals. To create opportunities that are valuable for both is what we wish to obtain whilst developing alliances with entrepreneurs. It is only by working together with our partners that we can move forward.Shopinvest is active in four business areas: (1) fashion retail, (2) fashion design and production, (3) real estate and (4) other. Our main focus lays on the world of fashion, in which we stand strong and proud. For every aspect of our businesses we choose to maintain a vertical approach and remain involved in in all processes.
