Sieris is the product of two businesses which it absorbed in 2005. First, a web hosting company named ITI Hosting which founded in 2002. Second, a Web Development company named New Age Flash which founded in 2001. Sieris was able to leverage both skillsets and market shares to provide a more robust product & service offering. The business was able to provide custom software solutions for businesses, web site development, and dedicated hosing solutions to businesses and individuals. Sieris dissolved in 2008 by mutual decision of the owners allowing them to pursue opportunities of a different scale.
