Site Labour Supplies was established in mid 2013 by two highly experienced and focused individuals Lee Parsons and Wayne Hodgson who identified a change in the construction market and a need for a specialist labour provider.Lee Parsons has many years' experience working within the Construction Recruitment Sector in additional to a number of high profile sales roles.Wayne Hodgson is also the founder and previous owner of Red Eagle Ltd a successful recruitment agency that supplies temporary labour to the industrial, transport and commercial sectors.They both saw a niche in the market for a more personal and honest recruitment service to benefit both clients and candidates.
