Sketch Produções was founded in 2013. The company aims to create, develop and produce high quality debates, seminars and conferences regarding a variety of themes (ranging from economics and politics to culture issues) with the top thinkers in Brazil and the world.It is the company's philosophy that questioning the world around it should be it's main goal, for its belief is that through questions it is possible to open up space for real reflection and possible solutions for the many problems in society.One of its most successful projects was in 2014, with the "20 Years after the Real Plan" (a joint venture between the Fernando Henrique Cardoso Foundation and Sketch). There present was the President of Brazil, Mr. Fernando Henrique Cardoso (keynote speaker), economists from the Real Plan (Persio Arida, André Lara Resende, Gustavo Franco, Edmar Bacha) and others key figures in the Brazilian financial and economic sector (such as Armínio Fraga, Eduardo Giannetti da Fonseca). There were repercussion in every single major newspaper and magazine of the country.Currently, Sketch is in pre-production of the first public and open Governor's debate between Rio de Janeiro candidates to be held in 2018, following the successful 2016 debate between Mayor candidates for Rio.Past partnerships includes: Fundação Fernando Henrique Cardoso, PUC-Rio, Livraria Cultura, Academia Brasileira de Filosofia, Teatro Oi Casa Grande.
