The team at Space Shifter is comprised of leaders from the commercial real estate industry, talented software developers and sophisticated digital marketing experts. The team collaborated with the industry to design and construct a unified cloud based solution that drives information on available commercial real estate listings to its constituents and selected research companies. Version 1.0 was released in 2013 receiving significant praise from the industry. The user experience, standardization of industry nomenclature, content capture portals and inclusiveness resulted in the most sophisticated software the industry had seen to date. Many of Space Shifter's innovations are clearly evident in many of the online listing services, company websites and those of trade associations. The Space Shifter project was huge success! 2.0 has been built and is even better, however, it has not been released.The team continues to come together periodically to address other technology and marketing challenges for several industries. Motivated by the isolation from 2020, the team is currently developing multiple offerings that drives digital engagement among like-minded individuals with a common bond. For example, alumni associations, mentor groups, car clubs, sporting events, religious institutions etc. These solutions enable the groups to interact, build relationships and share their voice via their desk top or any mobile device. Several products have been released and have been a great success.Space Shifter also leverages its industry relationships to drive sales leads to select vendors. Once a successful sale has been made, these vendors graciously make a donation to Space Shifter's charitable arm. The funds are distributed to those in need, random acts of kindness and to help make our communities a better place.
