Founded in 1859, St Aloysius' College is situated right at the heart of Glasgow's vibrant city centre. St Aloysius' College is Scotland's only Jesuit Private School, providing a style of Catholic education for boys and girls aged 3 to 18 which places formation of the whole person at the centre of all learning. As soon as a child slips on the iconic Green Blazer, he or she becomes part of an educational tradition which dates back 500 years. The school's motto is "Ad majora natus sum" (I was born for greater things) and to this we thrive.St Aloysius' College has approximately 1000 pupils split between three levels of education- a Kindergarten, a Junior School, and a Senior School.
