Starpic dance project deliver various dance styles to pre-school years upwards, through our highly experienced dance team. We believe dance should be inclusive and made fun. Dance has many health benefits and is a great way to meet new people with a similar interest creating confident individuals, successful learners, effective contributors and responsible citizens. Energetic dancing has a definite cardiovascular effect, strengthening the heart and lungs and getting the circulation going while increasing health and wellbeing.
