Composed of rigidly screened and well-selected qualified licensed guards who have acquired clearances from concerned government agencies. These security guards have undergone refresher training courses which inculcate them with discipline, courtesy, personal hygiene, personality development and other moral values relative to the performance of their duties. They are required to wear clean and presentable prescribed uniforms, well shaved and proper haircut at all times during their tour of duty.Directors and staff are all experienced security personnel. Most, if not all, have been engaged in security business for a long time. Matatag Security and Investigation Agency, Inc., which was established in the early 80's and PERM Security and Investigation Agency Inc., which was organized in 1991, are owned by two of our Directors. A retired PNP/Military Personnel imbued with vast experience , knowledge and expertise in security management runs the Operations Department. When the need arises the company secures advice in terms of consultancy from our directors who are retired Generals and from officers in the active service of the Philippine National Police particularly in terms of training and up to date security set-ups and procedures.
