There is nothing sweeter to me than learning about a process and leaving the company in a better state than before.My focus is on Factory Optimisation and more. 14 years in Factory Maintenance, Factory Process Improvements and Operations Management has given me an in-depth, on-the-floor experience. I have also been involved in product development, operations management, HR (hiring, reviews, disciplinaries, DOL & CCMA interaction), and more! Boardroom decisions are fantastic, but being "on-the-floor" and implementing the strategies is where true improvements are made.
