The Dry Port concept is based on a seaport directly connected by rail with inland intermodal terminals where containers can be dealt with in the same way as if they were in a seaport. The aim of the project is to create a well-located facility to serve mainly the capital Tbilisi. The facility will include all dry port functions as well as warehousing and 3PL activities. The main target is to maximize speedy railway deliveries that meets customer requirements.
