In DiPDA we have a dream. DiPDA dream is to contribute towards development of human capital and professionalism in organizations concur with our tagline 'Sharing A Vision'.DiPDA roles are to listen, understand and identify training needs and requirements of the three parties, namely human resources, support staff and management, with that result DiPDA will recommend the appropriate training modules.Follow up is also very important, actually it is a turning point of either the training is effective or not. DiPDA will follow up with selected participants, off the effectiveness of such training courses after one month and then give opinions and suggestions further.
