I am a chartered clinical psychologist with a warm, flexible and open approach to working with people experiencing various forms of emotional distress. I have almost twenty years' experience working with people in varying degrees of psychological distress both in NHS and private settings. Using a range of psychological skills, I work with problems such as stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship difficulties, bereavement, OCD and phobias. I offer a safe, confidential space to talk through your feelings and experiences without the risk of judgement. I can offer short-term, focussed treatment to get you back on track or longer-term therapy to help you change long-term problems and bring you closer to the way you want to be living your life, depending on what you are looking for. I work with adults aged 18 and over- there is no upper age limit!
