Team North Star has developed over the past 15 years with the combined efforts of a dynamic group of Realtors: Tiare Flora, Monique Flora, Alix Rowland and John Ralph. As of 2021, both John Ralph and Alix Rowland have retired from the Team, however Alix still holds her real estate license and refers to the Team. With Monique and Tiare as the Team leaders, realtor Alyse Spencer and our assistant Annika Valerio have joined the Team and are excited to contribute to our group efforts to successfully assist clients with their real estate needs.
