Advertisers get to search through our verified publishers and find websites they want there ad on, then the publisher can either accept or decline the offer. We allow publishers to maintain full control of what ads go on their site. This offers relevance to them and to the advertisers. There is no bidding, price is discussed between the advertiser and the publisher. In turn for us bringing them together we take a 5% cut.
