The Center for Mindful Therapy is dedicated to providing mind and body treatments for children, teens, and adults in the West Los Angeles, South Bay Beach Cities, and Santa Barbara regions. Programs and services offered at the Center for Mindful Therapy include private sessions and group work centered around Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Corporate MBSR, Mindfulness for Children, Yoga for Children & Teens, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Mind and body interventions have proven effective in helping individuals manage various conditions including stress, anxiety, depression, anger and emotional dysregulation, attention and focusing issues, impulsivity and reactivity, interpersonal conflict, couples discord, hypertension, addiction, and chronic illness and pain.
