We have the capacity to sleep up to 35 guests... so bring the whole family, or rent multiple houses for a corporate retreat!The rental homes feature refurbished wood from a family home built in 1919 and from several barns that were built in the 1930's. Most homes feature fireplaces made by a local artisan and all have hot tubs. Enjoy a view of a starry sky from a private hot tub! All the rental homes have fully equipped kitchens, WIFI, Flat screens, and luxurious cotton sheets. Relax in rustic elegance while enjoying the conveniences of technology. The Cove at Fairview is a hobby farm – pet our mini -donkeys, give carrots to our horses, feed our Koi Fish, watch the antics of out Nubian goats, and enjoy farm fresh eggs from our chickens. The Cove at Fairview has many places for guests to renew themselves in the tranquility of nature. Have a picnic at Koi Falls, relax in an Eno Hammock, or simply enjoy a mountain view while drinking coffee on the front porch of your rental home. The Cove at Fairview strives to live in harmony with nature. They have a solar power chicken coop and a passive solar home. Some firewood comes from fallen trees and they have sustainable gardening practices! The Cove at Fairview is a true family business, owned and operated by Frank and Marietta Dixon. Their daughters, Etta Dixon and Farris McGrath, and their son-in-law, Danny McGrath, are managing partners. Danny and Farris' two lovely daughters, Alyssa and Haley, help with the barn animals and with the gardening.
