Athletic Development with TGF ensures a girl-centred approach - we build a program catering to her needs and stage of growth.TGF believes that education supports empowerment, which is why we also hold education events every 6-weeks to pass on our knowledge about all thing female physiology, puberty changes, 'taboo' topics, body image, injury risk and more. We are really passionate about the translation of research into clinical practice, and we unfortunately recognise that there are many myths out there - TGF is on a mission to set the record straight.
