Starting in 2000 with the purchase of a beloved Vitamix, her own journey towards raw foods included periods of yo-yoing between cooked and raw and gave her great insight into the pitfalls facing those with heavy work and/or family commitments. In 2006 Anna was personally trained by Alissa Cohen in all three levels of ‘Living On Live Foods'. She teaches ‘Living on Live Foods' Certification Levels 1 and 2 and other specialist workshops including ‘Healthy Eating and Wellbeing' adult education classes. She has been teaching raw food classes ever since. Anna holds certificates in nutrition and microbiology, counselling skills and coaching.
